Side note: We don't say "potty". Anyone who watched Gilmore Girls would understand. We say, "Do you need to use the restroom?" Yes, I know, quite old-school, we also say, "Ma'am, and sir". We are always in the wrong era. My lifestyle perfect for the '50s. My music taste perfect for the '60s. My free-thinking perfect for the '70s. My hair perfect for the 80's!) But I digress...
Finally, I decided I would bite the bullet and begin the daunting process of toilet training. I had to mentally prepare- for it is more consistency and dedication than I previously had been giving. School was winding down and Rhet would soon be off for Christmas break to give me a hand. Yes, we would be out of town. Yes, we wouldn't have our normal routine. Yes, we had a lot of outings and activities planned. It was all the things I avoided with the girls.
YEAH- BEN!!
It took less than a week and he is completely toilet trained. We haven't had any accidents for over a week and a half. I am reminded that every kid is different. The change in pace and routine helped him. He liked going to the bathroom in new places. He was proud to show his new skills to extended family out of town . Wonderful job, Ben. I am proud of you!

Woohoo go Ben!!! :)
That is so fantastic!!!!!!!! I love that picture of him, too :)
I had the same thoughts with Carson going into primary-we started on Saturday with the training. It was hard on day one, day two-two accidents, day three-one accident, yesterday and today-none! It is alot easier than I thought it would be! Congrats to Bed and to you!
Haha, this made me laugh. Only because I LOVE Gilmore Girls.
